Brandon Ye Was Selected for a 2024 Barry Goldwater Scholarship

QBIO student Brandon Ye was selected for a 2024 Barry M. Goldwater Scholarship, one of the oldest and most prestigious national scholarships in the natural sciences, engineering, and mathematics in the United States. The Goldwater Scholarship program seeks to identify, encourage, and financially support college sophomores and juniors who show exceptional promise of becoming this Nation’s next generation of research leaders in these fields.

Brandon is currently an undergraduate research fellow at the USC Convergent Science Institute in Cancer. He is interested in using multimodal data to develop more robust and interpretable ways to detect, model, and treat cancer.
