Yongchan (Chan) Hong, Ao Xu, and Dr. Jordy Homing Lam Published a Paper

CBB student Yongchan (Chan) Hong (top right), CS student Ao Xu (top left), and former QCB postdoc Dr. Jordy Homing Lam (bottom left) from Dr. Katritch’s (bottom right) lab published, as co-first authors, the paper in Nucleic Acid Research, titled “PLATE-VS: a web server for protein-ligand assay curation and cross-target virtual screening datasets.” The paper introduces new datasets for training and testing drug discovery models.
