Handan Cetin Published a Paper

QCB student Handan Cetin (left) from Dr. Stacey Finley's (right) lab, in collaboration with Mann School of Pharmacy, published a paper titled “Cancer-associated fibroblasts drive metabolic heterogeneity in colorectal cancer cells: predictions from metabolic modeling” in NPJ Systems Biology Applications. The modeling suggests that targeting cancer-associated fibroblasts metabolic interactions may improve treatment strategies for KRAS-mutant colorectal cancer. Please read the paper here.
